Hi there, I just got off the phone with Dahlia (I forget her exact name, please forgive me. I'm pretty sure it started with a "D"). She was SO VERY friendly, truly helpful and professional. She answered all of my questions and even blessed me with a Senior Discount! I was calling to apologize for being late with my rent payment and she hooks me up with a great discount and was super gracious with me being late / not having enough money in my account to pay them! Extra Space Storage is lucky to have her as an employee! I would hire her in a second, if I owned a company!! Keep up the great work young lady! Thanks again for being so kind, caring and thoughtful! My first telephone conversation with the Monrovia facility was excellent and the representative was super patient and friendly. I was even able to follow up with Jeremy who adamantly reached out to ensure my questions were answered and reservation was set. Jamal in the front helped my mom and I obtain a unit and walked us through each step. He took his time to explain everything to us and reassured us of the exceptional facility and security features.
