Nice storage units but extremely unaffordable the rate went up almost $100 over the couple years I had it. Couldn't do the payments anymore

Extra Space Storage in Los Gatos is awesome. It’s clean, secure, and I always felt like my stored items were safe. It’s easy to get to, and I like that it’s a smaller facility. I also like that the manager is on the premises and walks the facility multiple times a day.

I’ve been with Public Storage for around 4 years and didn’t realize that much better modern and clean facilities like ExtraSpace Storage existed! Moved across yesterday and delighted!!!! Oh and way cheaper!!!!

This is my second or third time renting with this facility, and I can’t express enough how wonderful of an experience I’ve had each time. The site manager, Michael, is always extremely helpful and friendly. This facility is exceptionally well-maintained, secure, and clean. It’s clear Michael takes great pride in maintaining the grounds. For all of these reasons, I continue to use these units whenever needed.
