I’ve had my storage here for a few years now and it’s been great. It’s clean, easy to access, and the employees are super nice and helpful. I called today to make a payment and Justin was awesome! My rent had gone up and he said he would talk to management to see what he could do! He called me a couple hours later with a super lowered rate! Way to go Justin! I could not be happier. I’ve used several different companies for storage units in the past but this place is by far the best!! Thank you!??????????

This storage facility has two of the best managers I've ever experienced. Kelsey and Justin have been absolutely most helpful evertime I need assistance. Always kind and resolve every issue perfectly. They always look out for the customer, giving options that work. They are 5 star for sure. Thank you both so much. You rock!!

For a first timer renting a storage unit, Kelsey made it very easy. She was very thorough in giving us information about our new storage unit. She was patient,informative,friendly, courteous and above all very professional. She took time to show us the new storage unit we rented. The place is very new,clean ample lighting and just the right temperature. I will surely recommend renting at Life Storage, Hawaiian Gardens location. Thank you so much Kelsey for all your help.

Amazing customer service! I stopped in today to check on my account and when the next payment was due Kelsey greeted me with a smile and answered all of my questions. She confirmed that my billing and address was correct and let me know important dates. I asked about adding a second lock and she strongly suggested that I do so for additional security and recommended a great option. When I went to check the storage unit I had an issue opening the door (not used to the system). Kelsey cheerfully came out and assisted me. I like the fact that there is a on-site manager and one that is so focused on customer service. I was considering moving my items out an decided for now to leave them there. Having great customer service matters to me. The facility is clean, climate controlled and convenient. I recommend Life Storage to anyone looking for short or long term storage needs.
