Good Location, nice indoors bay to load and unload. Anne the site manager is above and beyond expectations, always positive, always willing to stop and answer question or use of broom. Also feel great that she remembers your name, makes you feel like it is a personal relationship with the company, not just a # on a corporate financial report.

We just finished our 2nd storage unit at Life Storage on Jomax. It is clean, safe and the staff was very helpful. Plus, we were able to buy boxes, tape and packing paper to supplement our supply. Easy to recommend them to prospective renters needing storage.

The primary reason I stayed at this facility so long was Charles. It’s sad he left. It used to feel like a trusted second home for my things, but now it just feels kind of like a commercial storage building with some employees. I’m sure the new staff is great, but I never got the chance to meet them or get introduced. No point in driving out of the way anymore, I’ll find something closer/cheaper. Excellent beautiful building though, worked great for a few years, relatively fair pricing and safe surroundings. Easy access and move in / move out policies. Hopefully the new staff lives up to the great Charles!!

We have been using Life Storage on and off for over three years and they are great to deal with. Anne at the Alma School Rd. in Scottsdale was great to work with. The location is very clean and the units are climate contolled.
