The staff was always polite, cheery & very helpful on my visits. The facility was very clean & have decent hours to access my storage. The building & surrounding area felt very safe. Having operable moving carts was a plus.

I got in fast at the last minute. And the place was super clean even though it was upstairs it was accessible for the small things I had. They have long dollies to move your stuff with. And I wish that there were regular locks only because they have the kind that is the entire lock mechanism and it was hard to figure out at first. So I guess I won’t be getting a refund on that!! Oh well nice place open until 10 great customer service! In fact the person on the phone was the best experience out of all of this.

Excellent experience overall! Chris was knowledgeable on the building and units and I feel totally comfortable storing my stuff here! My unit was clean and spotless and the building was spotless! Would recommend this storage facility to anyone!
