This particular location have the personnel that knows their job and what a good customer service should be. Few months ago I was looking for a storage unit facility that will have all the spaces available that I needed it, a found a near location around 5 miles away so I made reservations there for some spaces and went the next morning to see in person that facility, but the manager of that facility treated me so rude and even told me that he would not help me at all and told me to leave when I asked him about how some of the units that I have reserved online he was telling now that they have been already taking even when my reservation was still showing active on their website. I walk out of there in disbelief, so I started a new online search for another storage facility and I was so happy to find a brand new location around 25 minutes away, had all the units available that I was looking for and the best personnel to deal with. Sherry the manager at this facility in Whispering Wind Dr. in Phoenix is one the most professional, friendly, welcome, polite and the service that she provided to her customers is exceptional. She made me feel that she cares about the needs of her customers so for me was very easy to give her all my business. You immediately feel that you are in good hands as a commercial tenant, I need it to make sure of the security and safety of this facility and she accommodated the needs that my business requires to be at this facility so I can not be more than grateful for finally found the perfect location and with the perfect manager! Sherry just informed to me that she is moving to another facility close to her home and I told her that I hate to see her leaving as she has been taking very good care of my business, and everytime I walked into her facility makes you feel like home! I'm so grateful I had the opportunity to meet Sherry as she is the best! And her company should be very thankful to have someone like her that goes way and beyond what her job is.

I have used different Life Storage locations over the years. This is a new location and is very clean and well laid out. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend them.

O rate this 10+++ out of 5!! Bob Wilcox, the manager at this facility, was beyond amazing from our first interaction on. He provides the absolute BEST customer service I have EVER experienced! Our out-of-state movers were trying every step in the book to charge us more than the contracted price of the move. Bob switched our unit out so we would be within 75' of the truck, AND he let the truck driver know that the unit was accessible to the semi. This was so above and beyond. Additionally, Bob is personable. From the first phone call at the start of our stressful move to the delivery of our goods, Bob was helpful and put us at ease. We need a lot more Bob's in this world. Because of Bob, this part of the move was stress-free. We are so glad we chose this storage facility. It cannot be beat!
