I received an email explaining that the rate of my unit would go up. I called Extra Space to inquire as to why the increase. Karen took good care of me. She explained why there would be an increase in a digestible way. She was very helpful and understanding.

I have been a customer of Life Storage for over a year now. I would like to say that the customer service skills and the Business skills that your employees possess are outstanding. The person that stands out the most within this company is Crystal. Crystal is amazing, always there to laugh & with a smile on her face the entire time. Crystal is beyond amazing helpful very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions that I had & helped me to get storage. She was extremely helpful throughout. She gave me great tips and even showed me the unit before I purchased it. The unit is very clean & smells good. Customer service goes a long way and she was amazing! All Companies need employees like her. Glad I choose this location. I would definitely recommend Life Storage to anyone.

There are 4 different storage options on alternate corners from this storage facility - the price and excellent customer service here made my decision for me. I wasn't sure what size storage we would need, but after arriving, I decided we could get by with a smaller unit than ordered online - the team was very helpful in changing the unit over, and when I lost my place in the maze of lockers, they happily came to assist me in finding the previous days drop off (which I had placed in the wrong storage area.) They do a good job of keeping the property as clean as possible and the hallways were easy to navigate once I was able to figure out exactly where our locker was. Highly recommend - so far, good customer service in the Phoenix area has been less than stellar - this was a GREAT experience all around, and the manager is really on top of it. Thank you for the great service...getting used to the Phoenix area is going to take some time...we appreciate that this one thing, finding adequate storage, was much easier and affordable than anticipated! Thanks again!

I was very impressed at how clean and secure the property is. Crystal, the property manager, was not only very professional and helpful but an all out joy to talk to . I have no doubts that this is the right choice to place my stuff in for long term storage.
