Pretty good experience! Only problem was that I couldn’t get into my account but I didn’t call anyone to try to alleviate it so that was a little bit on me. The office was super helpful and kind. I’d use them again if I ever need storage in Birmingham!

Definitely recommend for climate controlled storage! I have rented a 5x5 climate controlled unit two summers now for my dorm room furniture and bins, and everything was secure and easy to move in & out with the provided u-boat platforms and close parking. The initial offers are usually only introductory however, and cost increases slightly, so just be ready for that. All in all a very good place to rent a unit!!
