This state-of-the-art site is operated in partnership with Flagship Companies Group, a diverse real estate and investment company specializing in land entitlement, development, and construction of storage, retail, and residential projects.

This new facility expands our services in Florida’s east central coast, boasting 919 units and an impressive 173,939 net rentable square feet. The building is a multi-story, climate-controlled structure featuring a variety of covered and non-covered parking spaces, catering to a wide range of storage needs. Customers can choose from units as small as 5×5 to as large as 10×30, ensuring that there is the right storage solution for everyone.

We hired the Store Manager, Gaby Aponte, and the Assistant Store Manager, Brandon Naipaul, months ahead of completion. This was a good plan as we had a list of new tenants anxiously awaiting opening.”
