It was my first time to Extra Space Storage and not normally one to leave reviews, but I was so impressed by Misty who was personable, patient, helpful, and kind. She was exceedingly lovely to my parents despite a language barrier and went above and beyond to help them solve their issue and ensure they understood everything that was discussed.
