We have been working on emptying a storage unit at this facility for a few weekends. Management at the facility has checked in and shown concern with any issues we have had. The facility is clean and well-cared-for. I especially appreciate Debbie, who has checked in with us several times.

Extra Space Storage here in Murray Utah has the best customer service I’ve experienced! The managers here are so nice to you and they are very helpful also understanding! If you communicate well with them they are always willing to work with you and any situation that might come about. I’ve been unable to pay my payment on time due to pay days landing on days that don’t line up with bill due date and communicated that and they were willing to let me pay later without and penalty or late fees. I’ve also been able to make split payments during any hardships or situations. Cody is the main manager here and he is just an absolutely wonderful man and kind hearted and has always been willing to work with me and my husband during down times and always been cool about everything. Thank you Extra Space Storage for being so good to me!
