I must tell you my experience at Extra Space was wonderful. It was safe going in at any time of the day at the Como branch location. Collin was God sent, the property clean and his presence was know on the property. It was a pleasant experience for a first time user.

Fast service, and always extremely clean facility. Collin is always very friendly and helpful with anything that I need! When I had an issue with my online account and the AutoPay system, Collin was quick to contact the right folks to get things resolved, and help me. When a previous property manager (who was always exemplified extraordinary customer service) had left for another job, I was worried how things would be. There were a few interim PM’s that were okay, but when Collin came on he did a great job of providing great customer and I quickly saw that he was going to do fantastic job of filling the big shoes that had been left behind. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage on W. Rosedale to anyone. Be sure to ask for Collin!

Facility is always clean and tidy. We store a vehicle here and it is always in perfect condition when we return. We moved here after a disastrous rental unit at another facility. I would never hesitate here and Colin the facility manager is always attentive and friendly to deal with.
