DO NOT RENT A SPACE HERE. I WAS SCAMMED. I established a space in January and was told increases happen 6-12 months. I was there for only 4 months and got raised by $50 more than what I am paying right now for a 5x10. On top of it all I was also told that extra space works with you to keep you as a customer by negotiating price to try and keep it down for you. Apparently that was also a lie. I will NEVER again deal with extra space storage..STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY if you want to save money. If you want to get scammed then rent a space here.
