I had made a reservation with extra space . Went to the leasing office and no one was there. There was a sign on the door saying to call a number, rep is on property. I called 6 time and no one answered . Yall lost a rental. Then I get a call back from them 1 hour and a half later. Very unprofessional

Doubled my locker price, without notice, as soon as they could. Forced me to buy a new lock, even though I already had one. Said I could return/refund it later, but when I tried they refused.
