Every year I need storage on mass. and this is the place to go. Tim is a wonderful person, very helpful and he goes through the whole renting process with you showing great professionalism and knowledge. Besides that, he saved us a lot of headache this year because we were trying to open the wrong unit and he came to our help just in time as he was closing the place and leaving. He didn't hesitate to go to our unit and showed us what was the problem. Thank you very much Tim. HUGE FIVE STARS TO TIM!! THANKS

We rented two storage units for about two years, while we were waiting for our condo building to be built. One unit was for furniture and the 2nd for clothes (which was set-up and used like a closet. The experience was very pleasant. The facility is clean and always in order. Tim was a big help - first when we arrived and I would get lost trying to find our unit - he’d saw me wandering through the halls and came to where I was and showed me to my clothes unit. 2nd - twice I didn’t lock my clothes unit. He called to alert us. All in all, it was great. I give it a 4 for because if the office is not open there is no bathroom to use. I’d be there those times and would have to drive around looking for one and then return to complete whatever I was doing. I’d most certainly use them again.
