I am writing to share my experience at your Extra Space Storage location in Towson, MD this past Sunday. I was moving my college student out of their dorm and had chosen your facility to store their belongings for the summer. Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward move turned into a complete nightmare. My access code would not work at the doors, causing me to spend over 30 minutes just trying to get inside the building. Once I finally gained entry, I then faced another 30+ minutes trying to use the elevator and I was not alone. Several other customers were experiencing the same issues. To make matters worse, this all took place in 90+ degree heat with no staff assistance in sight because Extra Storage is closed on Sunday. Today, I spoke with the assistant manager, who acknowledged that they are aware of the access and elevator issues and that they are working to get them resolved. While I appreciate that acknowledgment, it does not undo the experience I had. I traveled 3 hours to complete this move, and the time and stress lost due to a known, unresolved issue was completely unacceptable. I would appreciate a response regarding what steps are being taken to resolve this, as well as what consideration will be given to customers who were impacted including a potential credit or partial refund for the inconvenience. Thank you for your time, and I hope this feedback helps prevent other customers from experiencing the same.

I had used Extra Space in the past and was very satisfied, so when I moved and saw another location near me I was happy to find it was just as great as the previous one. The place was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Really helped make the move a lot more seamless. Highly recommend
