I’ve had an interior, climate-controlled unit on the fourth floor at this location for four years now. I’ve used several storage places over the years, and this is facility is by far the nicest. The location itself is easily accessible, the buildings are clean and well lit, and parking is never an issue. The building has a large bay door, very easy to drive up to, with a substantial overhead covered area allowing easy access even in inclement weather. The elevators are large and dependable, the corridors are wide and easy to navigate, and moving carts are always readily available. Rochelle, the manager, has been unbelievably helpful from the day I moved in, readily stepping in should I ever have an issue, and I have rarely met a more professional, responsive, and personable individual. She has truly gone above and beyond in assisting me with whatever I need . It’s been an amazing experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend this facility for anyone needing storage space.
