She took the time to walk me through every detail, making sure I felt completely comfortable and informed. On top of being incredibly knowledgeable, she was so warm and friendly throughout the whole process. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely goes above and beyond for their customers. Highly recommend this location!

Friendly, helpful, cooperative and caring are words that immediately come to mind when thinking about Rt. 59 Naperville Extra Space storage. The storage game I’ve found is unpleasant, this location is one of the few exceptions. They exist, but only a few that you want to deal with.

You have had graffiti on the side of your building that faces the bridge since last September or so. It looks super ghetto and trashy. All the people on the bridge constantly see it. I wouldn't rent space here. You must not have cameras and you must never walk the perimeter of your property. I wouldn't feel comfortable putting my stuff there.

So far so good. Was able to rent a space very easily. They were great at communicating costs, fees, timelines etc. They called to confirm my reservation and helped me through setting up payments and my account. Their customer service is great!
