I did my research before selecting this company and the facility located in Mundelein, IL and I'm glad that I did. The assistant manager Bruce was very organized and helpful. He called me within a few minutes of my online reservation to introduce himself and confirm my appointment. When I visited the storage facility Bruce was there to greet me. He was very welcoming and took me on a golf cart tour to show me around the location and the storage unit itself. He explained all of the fees associated with the unit in detail so that I could understand the monthly charges which I appreciated. I also met the manager Chris. I like this location, it's very clean and well kept. You can tell the property is maintained. Very happy customer; I would definitely recommend this place. Thanks! Arthur
