Richard at the Powder Springs location made things easy! New, clean facility and easy-to-access. If you plan to store your things for more than a few months, expect a rate increase; however, Richard was always reasonable and worked with us to keep things within our budget. Highly recommend Richard and the Powder Springs location!

Richard and staff keeps very clean storage facility. I’ve rented other storage facilities, and they do not even compare to this one. The staff are professional, polite, answer, all questions, politely and professionally. I would recommend them without any hesitation.

I rented here over a year and just moved out of my unit. I had an excellent experience here. Richard was always very helpful and very accommodating if any issues arose. If I need to store my things again I will be using Extra Space Storage. Edit to Update: Just moved out after renting for a year from them again! Richard was great as usual! Will always return if I need a place to store my things.
