Adrian was a stellar customer service agent!!! This is a nice and well maintain facility! Easy to setup and get things going. Tips for future customers and criticism of the company structure: Make sure to have a pad lock if u get a smaller unit , otherwise you’ll get a ridiculous $20 fee for a lock ! Which is why u got 4stars instead of 5! It’s misleading when some locks are standard and others only accept pad locks and it’s inconvenient to the customer that is coming from storage units that have standard storage locks. Also it’s not the safest way to lock up the stuff you value. They also make u describe what’s in your unit which is peculiar in itself. They force u to get a minimum $2000 worth of coverage of insurance for like $11 additional to the rental rate a month . It’s not for everyone.
