I did not end up booking with this location, simply because the other Extra Space Storage down the road had the indoor size I needed with two side-by-side units and an unbeatable deal. Despite that, I wanted to commend Bob for his fantastic customer service. Bob spent time walking myself, my friend, and my mother to more than 5 separate units, helping us talk through our needs for different types of storage and patiently making suggestions for what could work best. When it looked like price-point and needs matched more closely with the other storage facility down the road, he happily guided us to Michelle, even going so far as to call her in advance and tell her what we needed to view. Great sense of humor, down-to-earth, honest, and all-around amazing! Thanks Bob!!! If I don't need climate control in the future, I will be back. :D
