Normally I would give this business 5 stars, however after consistently non stop renting a storage from them for 13 years, I am furious. I went to my climate controlled unit yesterday only to find out that my unit was next door to another section where the AC was out and they had propped the door open to cool that other section off. Since my unit was right next to that section it was extremely hot since it is 99 degrees outside. When I called this morning, I was told that the section had no AC for a month, and that they were still waiting for a part! My unit is full of photographs and paintings that cannot tolerate the heat. I asked if I could move to a unit where the AC was working, they said yes, but I had 24 hours to move it. I can't afford to hire movers, and take off work. For me to move by myself in that heat, it would take more than I can do at the age of 70. I asked if they ever thought of notifying people, so maybe their precious items would not be ruined, but they said they don't do that, but could offer me a $50 credit on a unit that I am paying $168 a month, 12 month a year, for 13 years and will go up to over $200 in August. This is unbelievable. They would not hold another unit for me until the weekend either, because someone might want to rent it. Oh, really.......
